REQUEST A RETURN

ATTENTION

You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to request a return. Returns are your right and will always be accepted if you follow the steps below.

  • A. It is NOT possible to exchange items for different sizes and/or models. If you wish to exchange the same item in a different size or color, or switch to another item, please return the product and place a new order
  • B. Return shipping costs are covered by us only if the return is made according to the procedure described below.
  • C. Returns made using different procedures or couriers from the ones we indicate will not be accepted.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

You can manage your return request directly from the MY ACCOUNT section of the website by logging in. If you don’t remember your login credentials, you can recover them. If you placed an order without registering, you can still request a return from the REQUEST A RETURN section on the site. Just enter the required information and follow the instructions.

RETURN SHIPPING PROCEDURE
  • A. Go to the ORDER HISTORY section and click the "REQUEST RETURN" button next to the order you placed. (Note: The "REQUEST RETURN" button usually appears 3 days after the order is placed and automatically disappears after the 14-day return window expires.)
  • B. Select the items you wish to return and complete the procedure.
  • C. Once you confirm your return request, you will receive an automatic confirmation EMAIL.
  • D. Within 48 hours, you will receive detailed instructions on how to proceed with the return.
REFUND TIMING

PèPè usually accepts your return within 14 working days from the date it is delivered to our warehouse. After acceptance and verification of the returned items, your refund will be processed immediately. The refund will be visible within 24 hours of processing, and you will receive a confirmation email directly from the PayPal platform.

Have Questions?
  • A. Can I ship the return using a courier different from the one you suggested? Yes, but in that case, the shipping costs will be your responsibility. The return must still be authorized by our Customer Service via email.
  • B. I lost my return form! If you lost your return form, send an email to Customer Service and request a new copy.
  • C. Can I return two different orders in one box? Yes, feel free to use just one box! Just make sure all item tags are securely attached and that the return form clearly lists the order numbers to which the returned items refer.
