Products that are available in stock will generally be delivered as quickly as possible and, in any case, approximately:

A. Within 3 working days from receipt of payment for deliveries in Italy and Europe.
B. Within 5 working days from receipt of payment for deliveries to EU countries other than Italy and to non-EU countries.

Deliveries are carried out Monday through Friday during business hours by a specialized courier, with appropriate packaging, to the delivery address provided by the Customer. The delivery times indicated refer to products available in stock and should be considered non-binding estimates for PèPè SRL, which reserves the right to confirm or modify them based on its logistics needs.

Upon receipt of the Products, the recipient must verify that the items received match the order, including the number of items. If there is any discrepancy between the delivered products and the order, the Customer has the right to request a return. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the goods, or the weight/volume ratio, and the delivery location, according to the agreements with the courier, and will be clearly communicated to the Customer both at the time of purchase and in the subsequent confirmation messages. Upon delivery, Customers are strongly advised to inspect the package carefully before signing as proof of delivery. All packages are packed with care. If the package appears to be tampered with for any reason, Customers are requested to sign with reservation or refuse delivery. In the event that delivery is accepted with an unauthorized signature or there is evidence of tampering, Customers should immediately contact the courier.

PèPè SRL is not responsible for any missing items, theft, or damage if the package was accepted without reservation. If for any reason the shipment cannot be successfully delivered to the address provided by the Customer, the package may be returned to the sender. Any costs incurred for this will be deducted from the potential refund to the Customer. Shipments are insured, but this coverage expires once the delivery is completed.

For non-EU countries, customs duties and administrative fees may apply and are entirely the responsibility of the recipient. These fees may vary depending on the customs office and are not managed by PèPè SRL. They will be billed directly by the customs authorities of the destination country.
